A specific campaign, download, preview, pilot or engagement may carry additional terms. Where those conflict with this page, the more specific terms govern that activity.

The website is intended for organizations, professionals and adults interested in Zanexa products and services. You must have the legal capacity and authority to submit information or make a request, whether for yourself or for the organization you represent.

The corporate website does not provide services directly to children, and a child should not submit personal information through a general Zanexa form.

Access to ZeHMS, ZeLex, ZeAsset or another Zanexa product is not granted through this website or these terms. Product access is governed by separately accepted documents, which may include:

• a proposal or order form;
• a subscription or software licence agreement;
• a service-level or support agreement;
• an implementation statement of work;
• a data processing agreement and a confidentiality agreement; and
• product-specific acceptable-use or security terms.

Where these website terms conflict with a signed customer agreement, the signed agreement governs the product or service it covers.

Zanexa may consider product feedback without any obligation to implement it or to compensate the person who provided it, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

The website may link to third-party platforms, regulators, integration partners or service providers. External links are provided for reference and do not mean Zanexa controls, guarantees or endorses the external service.

Those services operate under their own terms, privacy notices and security practices. Review them before submitting information or relying on the service.

This section applies only to the extent permitted by law and creates no liability for conduct outside your control.

Product deployments may also be governed by customer privacy notices, data processing agreements and product-specific controls.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, without prejudice to mandatory rights available under applicable law.

If that fails, the dispute will be submitted to a court or other competent authority in Tanzania, unless a different procedure is required by law or agreed in a separate written contract.
